1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MerkleClaw ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. Description of Service

MerkleClaw is an on-chain intelligence and forensic analysis desktop application developed by ZeroVector Limited. It provides blockchain address analysis, fund flow visualization, risk assessment, and forensic reporting tools.

3. License

MerkleClaw is proprietary software. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MerkleClaw only for:

• Lawful blockchain forensic investigations
• Compliance and anti-money laundering analysis
• Research and educational purposes
• Personal portfolio monitoring

You may not use MerkleClaw to facilitate or assist in any illegal activity.

5. Data Accuracy

MerkleClaw provides analysis based on publicly available blockchain data and third-party APIs. While we strive for accuracy:

• We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of blockchain data
• Risk scores and threat actor attributions are probabilistic assessments, not definitive conclusions
• Forensic reports should be reviewed by qualified professionals before use in legal proceedings

6. No Legal Advice

MerkleClaw does not provide legal advice. Analysis results, risk assessments, and reports are tools to assist investigation and should not be relied upon as legal conclusions. Consult qualified legal counsel for legal matters.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEROVECTOR LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Third-Party Services

MerkleClaw integrates with third-party APIs (Etherscan, Helius, Blockstream, TronGrid). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or data accuracy.

10. Updates

We may release updates to the Software. While updates are recommended, they are not mandatory. Continued use of outdated versions is at your own risk.

11. Termination

We may terminate your license to use the Software if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Software.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
